Problems with the butt
Anal problems often cause stigmatization and shame. If you have anal wounds, warts, hemorrhoids, diarrhea, fecal incontinence or other rectal problems, perhaps you keep it for yourself and suffer in silence. You may not know where to look for help. It often feels embarrassing to ask someone. With this in mind, one should understand that the problems can be quite widespread, common. If you have problems with your rear part, you are not the only one who has it. Many people have rectal problems every now and then.
Itching and pain in the anus
It could be a venereal disease. Go to the sexual health clinic and take a test. It might also be due to a Candida infection. This can happen if you eat wrong, if you eat too much sugar and sweets, junkfood and and drink too much alcohol.
Candida infection is a wide spread problem and it goes under names Candidasis, Candida, Candida yeast infection, Leaky gut etc.
Candida infection affects the entire digestive system, the intestine, and the anal. Even other places in the body can be affected, genitals, mouth.
Itching and pain in the anus might also be Pinworm infection (Enterobius vermicularis), nematode (roundworm).
Anal health advice
Don't shower the anal too often with water. You wash away the skin's natural protective barriers and then the skin gets dry and you get cracks, anal fissure. Excessive showering dries out the mucous membranes.
Our mucous membranes are sensitive. Skin care products, soaps, schampoos, body lotion etc from major brands often contain irritating and harmful chemicals.
Don't use shampoo from big corporations. The foam (and all chemicals) pours down your body and on to you rectum and can cause irritation. It's not what your body wants there.
Be very selective and critical when you buy skin creams or hygiene products. Use mild, organic hygiene products made on natural ingredients. Use a soap bought at the health shop.
When you use a cream, it's smart to also apply it when you go to sleep to let the cream work over night.
Do not use softeners when washing underwear.
Use a mild toilet paper.
Don't practice anal intercourse.
Don't use Vaseline (petroleum jelly) on your anal.

It's quite easy to make a cream yourself. Just make a tea with the herb of your choice, strain and use a thickener (corn flour, or potatoe starch), mix with some Coconut oil, Castor oil, Olive oil and/ or bees wax. Store in the refrigerator. Add an antioxidant to keep it fresh longer.
