Candida yeast infection
Vaginal discomfort, itch, pain can be due to Candida yeast infection. The dissease has many names: Candida, Candidasis, Vulvovaginal Candidiasis, Yeast infection, Leaky gut, Oral thrush (infection in the mouth) and vaginal thrush. It's caused by a microorganism, a yeast/fungus Candida Albicans. It's a natural part of the body's microflora on the skin, in the mouth, throat gut, vagina. Candida infection can also affect the rectum and penis. Candida albicans bacteria takes care of waste products that the body dosen't need. If you're eating wrong, eating much junk food, sugar, drinking lots of alcohol, have an antibiotic treatment or take birth control pills the Candida bacteria can become over stimulated, grow into larger proportions and become agressive.
It perforates the intestinal wall so you get a leaky gut. This means that your gut can't process the food the way it should. Waste products that are supposed to be eliminated by the faeces are passed directly into the blood stream. This process goeas on 24/7 and causes many problems and diseases. Constant tiredness is a symptom of candida infection.

There are lists of things to eat and to avoid to cure and prevent candida infection. Candida treatment does not aim to totally eliminate the Candida but to get it back in normal proportions.
Candida yeast infection is not considered a sexually transmitted disease but is still said to be able to spread during intercourse. This does not make sense. If you ask me I would say it can absolutely spread during sex, deep kisses and oral sex.
Symptoms are: discomfort, itching or burning sensation in the vagina, white discharge, bad smell, burning when urinating or during sex, swelling, redness of the skin of the vagina.
