The health prophet Alma Nissen
"This is how I cure rheumatism, gallstones, psoriasis, eczema, asthma, migraines, etc."
"The Garlic, fasting and the raw diet are the basis of the treatment for various diseases carried out at Brandal, a well-known health home. In the book, the health prophet A.N. about how she has arrived at these forms of treatment and the results she has achieved with satisfied patients as a result"
She used a decoction of potatoes that her patients drank. They ate vegetarian diet, no salt, lots of Garlic.
10 000 patients came to Alma's treatment center at Brandal.
Potato water and garlic for Rheumatoid Arthritis
3 liters of water, 6-8 potatoes, cut into ½ cm slices. Boil the potatoes for 1 hour. The water should be alkaline. Strain and pour into jugs. Drink 1-1½ liters every day. Store the jugs in the fridge.
Garlic capsules. 9 capsules per day. 3 after breakfast, 3 after dinner, 3 when you go to bed. Actually, you should eat 30 cloves of garlic every day. That is Alma Nissen's recipe for curing rheumatism.
Alma also gave her patients flaxseed (I think it was) which protects the GI tract and helps restore a healthy balance of gut flora. This allowed them to eat so much garlic.
