Herpes is very contagious. There are two types of herpes HSV-1 oral herpes (it can also lead to genital herpes) and HSV-2 genital herpes.

Herpes is really an unpleasant disease that causes cold sores on the mouth or genitals, anal, often painful. It's a sexually transmitted disease but there are also Non-sexual herpes transmission. Herpes is mostly transmitted through sex, kissing and skin contact. The outbreaks and pain is worst when the infection is quite new. After a few years with herpes the problems are more easy and come more seldom. I have (HSV-2, or genital herpes) but since it's so long ago that I got it, I never have any problems with it nowadays. I got herpes during the period of my life when I lived as a homosexual. Among gay men it's more common to have herpes than not having it. The disease runs in relapses and problems vary from person to person. For some, the pain is more severe and more frequent. Others get almost no problem at all. Thus, one can carry the herpes virus without itself having problems and thus bring the disease to others. Even when you do not have a rash, you might infect others. Herpes can be transmitted via towels. Remember to be very careful with personal hygiene.
The best way to prevent herpes is to live in a monogamous relationship and be faithful to one's partner. Or to live celibacy.

Instant relief from herpes pain
This worked for me and it took about one minute to stop the herpes pain.
1. Mix one part MSM with 6 parts Colloidal silver in a small bottle. Shake a little.
2. Take Shea butter and Olive oil or Coconut oil and mix to make an ointment.
3. Take one tea spoon of the shea butter/ olive oil ointment and put it in a very very small or cup (minimal size).
4. Take a capsule of Olive leaf extract, open it and pour out the olive leaf extract into the small or cup together with the shea butter/ olive oil ointment, stir.
5. Apply the MSM/ kolloidal silver mix on the aching area. Wait one minute to let it dry a little.
6. Apply the shea butter/ olive oil, olive leaf ointment on the aching area.
My pain was gone. It returned a little after some hours and also a little the next day but it was so small so I didn't really care. I also ate olive leaf capsules these days. Just put on some more of this cream when the pain returns and also eat olive leaf extract.
I also treated my hands the same day after a stinging nettle wound. I then used the same method but I also used coconut oil and powder with turmeric and powder of stinging nettle. It helped quite good. Perhaps you can also try that on your herpes blisters.
