Vegetarian protein bolognese Keto, LCHF made on pea protein powder consisting of 80% protein and 3% carbs. It's delicious served warm and with some pasta or potatoes and ketchup.

Vegetarian protein bolognese Keto, LCHF ingedients
200 ml Pea protein powder
400 ml water
200 ml cream
300 gram butter
1 yellow onion
5 garlic cloves
50 ml dried mushroom
1 tablespoon french herbs (oregano, basil and such)
1 spice measure, 1 ml salt
1 spice measure, 1 ml black pepper
two packages of diced tomatoes
300 ml grated Parmesam cheese
4 table spoons oil for frying
Do like this
Put 4 table spoons oil in a frying pan. Put on medium heat.
Pour in the mushrooms, spices, chopped onion and 5 pressed garlic cloves. Fry for some minutes.
Take a saucepan, put in the butter and melt it on the stove. Pour in the water and pea powder. Boil on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in the bottom of the saucepan with a wooden spoon or a hand held mixer.
Pour in the cream, Parmesan cheese and diced tomatoes and the ingredients from the frying pan, mix with a hand held mixer for some minute. You can also pour the mix in a mixer and blend it there.
Now the bolognese is ready. It's about 7 servings.
Serve with resistant starch pasta, Zoodles or resistant starch potatoes.
Resistant starch can be obtained if you cook and cool your potatoes, rice, pasta etc for 24 hours. You can re-heat it afterwards, the resistant starch is not destroyed. It helps you loose weight by, among other things, making you feel fuller for longer.
Add some ketchup or extra Parmesan cheese. Perhaps Zoodles is the best alternative? Zucchini has only 2-3 % carbs. It's excellent for weight loss. You can use a cheese slicer to make your own Zoodles. Enjoy your meal and remember to thank Israel's God for all the great food He has created.

Add some soy mince, shelled hemp seeds or soaked walnuts
If you want a little more meat like texture you can add some soy mince or shelled hemp seeds, perhaps 300 grams? Hemp seeds contain 8.7% carbs. Soy mince contain between 17% to 33% carbs.
Or you can add some soaked walnuts, chopped. Walnuts contain 14% carbs.
