Healthy morning shot - Self defence

A wonderfully strengthening morning shot packed with nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants, perfect during colds. The recipe comes from a team of doctors who work with natural remedies in Africa with great success. I added the honey myself plus I decided the amounts of all the ingredients myself.
It tastes very healthy. It's strong! A boost for the immune system.

Ingredients
3 large lemons
100 ml pickled or freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons honey
45 grams minced garlic
200 ml olive oil

Do this
Zip the lemons and squeeze the juice, take the pulp, remove the seeds. Pour the juice and pulp into a blender or bowl that you can mix with a hand blender.
Pour in the rest of the ingredients and mix for about two minutes. Pour into a small shot glass of about 60 ml and drink, hold on, you'll get a kick!
If you have a sensitive stomach, you can eat something else first, some yogurt or fruit so it's not too strong. You shouldn't take more than two shots at once. One shot in the morning is enough.
You can buy frozen, chopped garlic or pickled garlic in a jar if you don't have the energy to peel and squeeze it yourself. You can buy ginger in a jar, available on the Asian sushi shelf in the store.
I prefer to buy real lemons instead of buying juice from concentrate. Real lemons are the absolute best.
This recipe makes quite a lot so it should last about a week if you take one shot a day. Store in the fridge of course.
You can only imagine what this mix can do for your body considering all the wonderful nutrients it contains. It really is maxed out.
