Meat is good food and I consider that we shall eat it if we feel like it. Highest in protein are shrimp, white fish, chicken breast and salmon. Red meat should perhaps not be over-consumed. Moderation is key to health. If you eat healthy all week then you can even have a burger with fries on the week end. I also think there is something smart and good with vegetarianism, veganism. I think it's very good for health If you do it the right way and are aware of oxalates and vitamin B12. I myself fondly remember my father's wild-caught perch breaded, fried, served with fried potatoes.
